&Beyond Bateleur camp is a classic and intimate safari club set up in a private corner of the Masai Mara national reserve. It is 30 minutes drive from kichwa Tembo airstrip just at the foot of the Olooloo escarpments in between the riverine forest. This camp has 2 intimate camps; the northern camp and the southern camp, each containing 9 tents each inclusive of 1 family tent.
&Beyond Bateleur camp has 18 luxurious tents with a private butler and a private housekeeper. Each tent has hardwood floors, polished silver and copper bathtubs, handcrafted artefacts, fine antiques, leather buttoned Chelsfield sofas, crystal and candle lit adorn seating areas and an out door verandah deck with chairs and tables that opens to the Mara plain view. It has ensuite bathrooms, overhead fans, comfortable 4 poster large beds, copper free standing and star gazing bathtubs and indoors and out doors rain showers. family tents have a twin room and a double room that suits two adults and 2 children, comfortable leather armchairs, a coffee corner, and a writing table.
&Beyond Bateleur camp gives you the chance to enjoy an exclusive luxurious out door dining. There is no more specific menu since the guest is at privilage to discuss the meals ahead by the chefs. A bush dinner at the out in the southern camp gives you a captivating moment not forgetting dinner by the poolside as you gaze at the stars while they twinkle and shine out bright releasing a marvelous view out in the darkness. What about your breakfast and lunch? do you prefer it indoors or outdoors? enjoy your moment of bush breakfast by the Mara river as you listen to the rustling speedy waters beside you.
