Sala’s Camp – Masai Mara is found on the northern corridor of the Serengeti national park of Tanzania. It is ideally found in the Masai Mara national reserve where the sand river and Keekorok river meets. It is owned and runned by the safari collection and named after the first daughter of its founders. It is situated along the dramatic river crossing for the wildebeest.
Sala’s Camp – Masai Mara obtain their ingredients from the Masai farms. You will have an opportunity to enjoy an open fire home cooked delicious meals while at the Sala’s camp. Experience the out door dining with a bush breakfast in a view of the savannah plains and sundowner with your choice of drink.
Sala’s Camp – Masai Mara has 7 tents with a honeymoon suite and a family suite all fitted with glass fronts. Tent 4, 5, 6 and 7 are spread along the river banks while tent 1 can be reached through a narrow bridge over the Keekorok river. Room 4 and 5 can be provided with a ramp to make it easily accessible by the wheelchairs. Room 2 is a forest family tent and can hold up to a maximum of 5 guests, just at the corner of the sand river and Keekorok river. Room 3 the Keekorok family tent can hold to a maximum of 6 guests. The family tents have and inter connected lounge where guests can sit and relax or even have a private dining. This lounge room has a double sofa bed that can be used as third bedroom incase need arises. They have rain showers and a free standing copper bathtub. all rooms have ensuite bathrooms with running hot and cold showers, separate bathtubs, running water, flush toilets and powered by solar.
