The Man-Eaters Lodge is a lavish tented lodge located in the heart of the Tsavo National Park. It is situated 1km away from the Nairobi-Mombasa highway, 339km from Nairobi, which takes a 7hr drive, 2hrs drive to Tsavo airstrip, 10km from Tsavo East National Park, 10km from Tsavo West National Park, and 1km from Tsavo Railway Station. The lodge is known for its friendly and well-organized staff who are fluent in both Kiswahili and English languages.
At Man Eaters Lodge, you’ll find 31 luxury tents built in the traditional African style. Each tent is equipped with modern amenities, including flush toilets, hot and cold water showers, and bathtubs. Mosquito nettings, hairdryers, private balconies, terraces, seating areas, satellite TVs, extinguishers, clean beddings, king and queen-sized four-poster beds, and ceiling fans are all included in the rooms. The rooms are available in single, double, and triple occupancy, as well as family rooms. There are 8 spacious and well-ventilated family rooms, as well as a wheelchair-friendly room that is easily accessible. Private verandahs in each room feature 2 sunbeds, a side table, and 2 lounge chairs.
